About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. You will work directly with clients across multiple industries to design, build, and deliver data solutions that drive real business outcomes. You will play a key role in shaping how our clients understand and use their data, working closely with our StoryBoard platform and data engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end analytical solutions from raw data to actionable insight
• Build and maintain complex dashboards and reporting tools within the StoryBoard platform
• Work with clients across retail, healthcare, financial services, and pharma to understand their data challenges
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and translate business needs into analytical frameworks
• Mentor junior analysts and support the development of best practices across the team
• Identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities within large structured and unstructured datasets
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical audiences

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL; experience with Python or R is a significant advantage
• Demonstrated experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Experience working with large, complex datasets and multiple data sources
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment is preferred
• Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field

Nice to Have

• Experience in retail, healthcare, pharma, or financial services
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their business applications
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

You will work at the intersection of design, data, and product, creating intuitive and beautiful interfaces that make complex data understandable for everyone. Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user interfaces and data visualisation experiences for the StoryBoard platform
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and improvements
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to translate complex data into clear visual stories
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather client feedback to inform design decisions
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system and component library for the platform
• Collaborate with product management to define UX strategy and roadmap priorities
• Champion accessible, inclusive design principles across all products

Requirements

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio demonstrating data visualisation work
• Expert proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools
• Strong understanding of data visualisation principles, chart types, and best practices
• Experience designing for complex, data-heavy applications or dashboards
• Solid grasp of user research methods and usability testing
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and translate designs into implementable specifications
• Degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

• Experience with D3.js, Chart.js, or similar data visualisation libraries
• Background in data analytics or working alongside data teams
• Experience designing for SaaS platforms or B2B enterprise tools
